I had left over 500° round eye roast which was pretty red so I used it to make this recipe. I sliced it between 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick and cut it into 1 1/2 x 3/4 inch pieces.
It turned out quite pleasant. The beef was very tender.
I served it over butterfly noodles (Farfalle)
My sister inlaw liked it enough to ask for the recipe.
